HOW TO BUY
The user of the Web page may browse the NERO TRADING SL. Web store and fill the shopping bag without having to be registered. Only to complete the purchase will it be essential that you provide the mandatory data to access the order shipping data.

The TAX Free service is currently not available for orders placed online.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer on a working day and during office hours, which may be different from your usual residence, and may be sent to your workplace or even to a third party to whom you wish to give a gift. We currently send your orders to any location in Spain and Europe, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The delivery time referred to on the website will be merely indicative, as it will depend on availability. However, NERO TRADING SL will take the appropriate measures to ensure that delivery times are met and occur within the indicated period.
Orders placed on working days, provided there is stock available, will be received within 48-72 hours, depending on the time at which the purchase is made. For these purposes, working days will be understood as Monday to Friday, counting from the time the order is sent.
As soon as we have prepared the order, we will send you an email informing you of the shipment number so that you can track it through the carrier's website.
The risk of loss or damage to the purchased item will be transferred to the Customer, from the moment of delivery of the product and its physical possession.
You expressly authorize us to issue an invoice in electronic format, although you may indicate at any time your desire to receive an invoice in paper format, by email through our contact form.
WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party, indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration to NERO TRADING S.L. (such as a letter sent by post or from the NERO TRADING S.L. online store.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right on your part is sent before the corresponding period expires.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on those products that, for reasons of health or hygiene, are delivered sealed and that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed or have been removed from their packaging, such as masks, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, makeup products, sexual wellness products, etc.
The right of withdrawal will also not be admitted when the item being returned is not exactly the one purchased, has been unsealed after delivery, is not in perfect condition and has been opened or used, except when the purchased product has some type of defect or flaw.

 

Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund the payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products.

Requirements
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration to NERO TRADING SL (such as a letter sent by post or from the VELVET46.com online store)
It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, with all their accessories and original packaging, otherwise the goods will suffer a depreciation. In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products that are custom-configured (personalized) will not be accepted.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the order includes a gift box, it cannot be returned. Only the products that were included in it can be returned.

If there is a Gift for purchase in the order, it must be returned in order to accept the withdrawal.
Once the merchandise has been received and its condition has been checked, the corresponding amount will be paid using the payment method used in the order and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date.

BROKEN, DEFECTIVE OR ERRONEOUS PRODUCTS
If upon delivery of an order you detect that the packaging has been manipulated or damaged, you must note the reason and the customer's signature on the carrier's delivery note.
If you receive a product with a factory defect, fault or that is incorrect, you have 7 days from receipt of the order to return it, as long as you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order through our email contact@velvet46.com

It is essential that you send us a high-resolution photo of the broken, defective or incorrect item and keep said item in order to process said return, as well as a photo of the original packaging, Velvet46 packaging, which you must also keep. We will indicate the procedure to follow to proceed with your return. Likewise, and as in the previous section regarding withdrawal, the merchandise received must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and with a copy proving the purchase.
If there is a gift for purchase in the order, it must be returned in order to accept the return.
In accordance with current legislation, all products purchased through this website have a three-year warranty period from the delivery of the product.
Once the merchandise has been received and its condition has been checked, the corresponding amount will be paid using the payment method used in the order.
